21 September: The DNS issue with .io domains that was affecting Milk seems to be resolved.

20 September: Connectivity problems for some users, caused by wider Internet DNS problems.

Some users cannot connect to the Milk web portal, or are seeing errors in the Milk Student + Parent app. This is due to problems with the .io top level internet domain name and the problem affects many Internet services (it is not a Milk-specific issue). We will update this page once we know more.
